One of my favorite stores to visit is Anthropologie.  Even though I can hardly afford any of it, I love how the store is styled and how each display is so meticulously designed.  All that organization makes me happy.  It makes me want to decorate my house like an Anthropologie store, where all my favorite things are on “display” instead of hidden behind cupboard doors.  Of course, needlessly having ten of the same books or vases all lined up neatly in a row would help.  On my last visit, I discovered that the person who designs the displays at our local store studied set design, which I’m not surprised by since all the displays are so artfully created.  Even though I usually only walk out of the store with just a small dish or something I don’t really need (but bought anyways because it was “so cute”), I can spend almost an hour there just walking around, perusing through the books and searching for something new.
